The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned customer accounts, building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships, and ensuring continued value delivery and client satisfaction. This Account Manager role plays a key part in customer retention, growth, and advocacy by acting as the primary point of contact for customers and ensuring a consistent and high-quality service experience.

The Package

• £45,000
• Commission
• Fully remote working with visits to the office (Southern based) when needed
• Car or car allowance

Account Manager key responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with a defined portfolio of customer accounts, including international fleets.
• Act as the lead point of contact for assigned customers, providing timely and accurate responses to queries.
• Facilitates regular communications through video calls, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Represent the company professionally during site visits, presentations, and training sessions in the UK and abroad.
• Evaluate the ongoing value delivered to customers, identifying opportunities to increase operational, financial, or safety-related impact.
• Work proactively to embed the solutions within customer operations, including the coordination of training for drivers, managers, and staff.
• Use insights from customer data, going beyond reporting to deliver actionable analysis and recommendations through regular business reviews.
