Marketing Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who is able to execute structured marketing plans and ultimately increase the company’s visibility and sales leads in the UK.

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth, elevating brand visibility and positioning my clients solutions as the go-to choice within a highly competitive industry. You will lead a small team driving marketing initiatives targeted at distributors, fitters, and end users, working closely with the U.K sales, product management, external agencies, and Group marketing to deliver measurable business impact.

  • £45,000 base salary dependant on experience

Responsibilities and required Skills for the Marketing Manager

  • Represent UK Marketing at a managerial level,working and agreeingplans with the UK Managing Director in line with strategic goals
  • Lead the U.K marketing team to develop and execute a B2B marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, sales targets, regulation, and industry trends.
  • Own the marketing plan and budget for the UK, ensuring activity is data-driven and ROI-focused.
  • Position the company as a thought leader in the fleet, construction, and C.V technology space through targeted campaigns and content.
  • Campaign Management - Plan and run multi-channel lead generation campaigns through events, paid media, SEO, CRM, and traditional advertising.
  • Collaborate with sales to develop account-based marketing programmes for high-value prospects.
  • Track and optimise campaign performance to maximise pipeline contribution.
  • Content & Brand - Work with Group marketing to create compelling thought leadership assets including whitepapers, case studies, videos, and sales enablement tools.
  • Work with the product management team and group marketing to translate complex product
  • Events & Partnerships - Plan and deliver industry events
