Service Desk Team Lead
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £35,000 – £37,000 DOE + Benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
The Service Desk Team Lead role:
- My client is looking for a Service Desk Team Lead to help deliver outstanding service to their customers.
- Assist with operational Service Desk cover during busy periods.
- Identifying and reporting escalations and major client issues
- Monitoring and reporting of service desk activity.
- Feeding in new and innovative ideas.
- Managing a small team of Service Desk Technicians.
Skills and Experience:
- Accountability and responsibility for your workload.
- Helpful and approachable attitude.
- Excellent time management skills.
- You will have at least 18 months’ experience in a similar role.
- Ideally you will have had at least 12 months’ experience managing people, including day to day management e.g. absences, holidays, performance reviews.
The Package:
- Salary: £35,000 – £37,000 DOE + Benefits
