Front-End Developer

We’re looking for a creative Front-End Developer with a strong design focus to join a growing digital team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about web design, user experience, and bringing ideas to life through clean, engaging websites.

The Role

You’ll design and build responsive web pages using Webflow and Figma, working closely with the wider team to turn creative concepts into seamless digital experiences. You’ll also have the opportunity to support data visualisation work and grow your technical skills in React and other modern tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive websites using Webflow
• Create mockups and prototypes in Figma
• Ensure designs are mobile-friendly and accessible
• Support dashboard and data visualisation design work
• Maintain and update existing websites

What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years’ experience in web design or front-end development (freelance or personal projects count)
• Strong eye for design, layout, and colour
• Experience with Webflow and Figma (or Adobe XD / Sketch)
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Creative mindset with good attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Exposure to React, Power BI, Tableau, or UI/UX design
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Tailwind CSS
• Portfolio showcasing your design and web projects
