Senior Sales Executive – Private & Public Sector £120k Base + Uncapped OTE
We’re recruiting for a fast-growing IT services consultancy with ambitious plans to 5x growth over the next 5 years. As part of that expansion, they’re hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive private sector revenue across the UK.
This role is ideal for a senior, commercially driven sales professional who understands the IT services and ERP marketplace, particularly within Oracle, SAP, Salesforce or Cloud ecosystems.
The Role
- Drive new business sales across the UK private sector
- Position and sell consulting and ERP services (Oracle preferred)
- Develop strategic relationships within the Oracle ecosystem
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
- Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned to growth targets
- Collaborate with delivery and presales teams to shape solutions
What They’re Looking For
- Proven track record selling IT/ERP services
- Strong knowledge of the Oracle services market (highly preferred)
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
- Established network within the UK commercial market
- Ambition to join a scaling business with significant growth plans
Package
- £120,000 base salary
- 50/50 OTE (uncapped commission)
- London-based / commutable (strong Oracle network presence required)
