This is a mid-level BDM role ideal for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships, converting inbound opportunities, and uncovering new value within existing accounts.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for generating new business growth from both existing customer accounts and inbound leads. You’ll own opportunities through the full sales cycle, ensuring strong qualification, professional engagement, and consistent conversion while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve GP targets and KPIs aligned to your commission plan
  • Develop revenue within existing accounts through structured Account Development Plans (ADPs)
  • Position the full Vaioni portfolio across Connectivity, Voice and Security
  • Maintain a minimum 3:1 sales pipeline against monthly targets
  • Respond swiftly to inbound leads ensuring SLA adherence
  • Own inbound lead qualification and progression
  • Qualify opportunities with key decision makers
  • Present, propose and close solutions professionally
  • Maintain accurate CRM data for reporting and forecasting

Knowledge & Experience

Essential

  • Minimum 3 years’ B2B sales or business development experience
  • End-to-end ownership of sales opportunities
  • Strong inbound lead management experience
  • Excellent sales discovery and qualification skills
  • Confident CRM usage

Desirable

  • Experience within Connectivity, IT or Managed Services
  • Collaboration with marketing teams
  • Commercial and negotiation awareness

Package

Salary – Up to £40,000 Per Annum

  • OTE – Up to £80,000 Per Annum
