💥 Your Impact
- As a Technology Delivery Lead / Technical Programme Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering complex, data and AI-driven transformation programmes for our clients.
- You’ll lead programmes that connect data, technology, and business change, helping organisations unlock value through modern data platforms, AI solutions, and digital capabilities.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams, you’ll ensure that strategy translates into execution — delivering measurable outcomes across areas such as operational efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
- You’ll also contribute to the growth of our UK practice, supporting client development, proposition building, and delivery excellence.
🧩 The Role
- We’re hiring a Technology Delivery Lead / Technical Programme Manager (Data & AI) to lead the delivery of large-scale, enterprise transformation programmes.
- You’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery, from shaping solutions and defining roadmaps through to execution, governance, and successful implementation.
- You’ll work across a range of industries (including Financial Services, Public Sector, and Pharma), delivering programmes that span:
- Data platform transformation (data lakes, warehouses, pipelines)
- AI/ML use cases and intelligent automation
- SaaS implementations and system integrations
- Cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and can confidently operate at the intersection of technology, data, and business.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data and AI transformation programmes
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, data, product, and business)
- Translate business challenges into structured delivery plans and technical solutions
- Drive Agile delivery practices across multiple workstreams
- Own programme governance, risk, and stakeholder reporting at senior level
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to unblock delivery and guide technical decisions
- Ensure data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR)
- Support proposal development, scoping, and client engagement
- Contribute to capability building and best practice development within the UK team
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering complex technology programmes (8–12+ years)
- Strong exposure to data platforms and/or AI-driven initiatives
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
- Deep understanding of software delivery, data architecture, and cloud ecosystems
- Strong stakeholder management skills (up to C-level)
- Track record of delivering in regulated or complex environments
- Ability to operate autonomously while leading teams and driving outcomes
