The Opportunity

Valerix AI is a high-growth firm engineering autonomous agent ecosystems for the UK enterprise market. We are seeking autonomous, high-performing Sales Consultants to join our partnership program.

This role is open to candidates from all academic backgrounds. Whether you are studying Computer Science, Humanities, Business, or are already an established professional, if you have the drive to learn, the discipline to execute, and the ambition to succeed, we will provide the training, mentorship, and resources to help you close your first deal.

The Economics (Uncapped)

We offer an industry-leading commission structure designed for those who measure success by revenue generation.

• Trial Phase (First Sale): 20% Commission.
• Partnership Phase (Subsequent Sales): 50% Commission PERMANENTLY.

Performance Targets:

• Average Ecosystem: £2,000 – £2,500 (Consultant Profit: £1,000+).
• Enterprise Ecosystems: £5,000+ (Consultant Profit: £2,500+).
• Expected Weekly Yield: Top-performing partners target 2 closures per week, resulting in a weekly commission of £2,000 – £2,500+.

Strategic Expectations

Success here requires an "owner’s mindset." We provide the foundation, but we are looking for consultants who will:

• Engineer Opportunities: Leverage professional networks, industry events, and creative outreach to identify high-value enterprise targets.
• High-Level Prospecting : Use outbound calling as a strategic tool to reach Decision Makers (Directors/Founders).
• Consultative Closing: Act as a strategic advisor to business owners, translating complex agentic AI systems into clear ROI.
• Maintain Autonomy: Operate with independence, managing your own pipeline while leveraging our support systems.
