Job Description

Essential 8 to 10 years of Experience as Salesforce Technical ArchitectProven TA experience delivering large-scale, complex digital transformation programmes .Strong Salesforce knowledge across Sales, Service, Commerce (with integration and digital channel alignment exposure).Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments delivering iterative releases.Experience with requirements for customer journeys , omnichannel processes, and digital experiences (Web/App).Demonstrated ability to act as a bridge between Salesforce delivery and digital product teams .DesirableExposure to Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud and/or Agentforce (or comparable AI/agentic customer service capabilities).Experience with DAM requirements (asset lifecycle, metadata, taxonomy, rights management).Experience of retail/consumer domain programmes and large enterprise governance.Knowledge of integration patterns (API-led, event-driven), data migration implications, and security/compliance constraints.Qualifications / Certifications (Nice to have)Salesforce Certified System Architect or Application Architect is essential.
