Job Description

:Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Strong experience working with CIS Controls v8.1 and implementing security best practices
• .Strong experience in designing and implementing BMC Helix solutions including ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Digital Workplace and automation platforms
• .Hands-on expertise in BMC Remedy/Helix architecture, integrations, workflows, forms, escalations and service management processes
• .Strong understanding of ITIL framework and enterprise IT service management best practices
• .Experience integrating BMC Helix with cloud, infrastructure, monitoring and third-party enterprise platforms
• .Knowledge of automation, orchestration and AI-driven service management capabilities within BMC Helix environments
• .Experience working within large-scale enterprise or retail environments supporting transformation and operational improvement programs
• .Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex platform and integration issues
• .Experience in platform upgrades, migrations, performance tuning and environment optimization activities
• .Ability to produce architecture documentation, solution designs, technical standards and operational procedures
• .Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience

• : Good understanding of mapping EUC security capabilities to CIS Controls v8
• .1BMC certifications in Helix ITSM, Remedy, Discovery, or Digital Workplace solution
• s.Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environment
• s.Knowledge of scripting and automation technologies including Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, or orchestration tool
• s.Experience integrating BMC Helix with monitoring, security, DevOps and enterprise collaboration platform
• s.Familiarity with Agile, DevOps and CI/CD delivery methodologie
• s.Understanding of retail industry operations, supply chain systems and large-scale enterprise service environment
• s.Experience working within regulated or highly available enterprise environment
• s.Knowledge of reporting, analytics, dashboarding and AI-driven operational insights within BMC Helix platform
