Responsibility:

  • Define data ownership and accountability across the organization
  • \n

  • Create and manage the enterprise-wide data catalog
  • \n

  • Oversee the creation, maintenance and use of metadata
  • \n

  • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data from unauthorised access and breaches
  • \n

  • Establish and enforce data governance and policy standards
  • \n

  • Regularly audit data access and usage to ensure compliance with policies and standards
  • \n

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and identify data quality issues
  • \n

  • Conduct data profiling and quality assessments to identify data discrepancies and inconsistencies

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a data role. Capability to present and guide expectations aligned to Data Best Practice (DBP) Guidance
  • \n

  • Proficient in documenting data processes, data lineage and data management activities
  • \n

  • Excellent data analysis techniques
  • \n

  • Capable of creating and providing operational design and policy standards
  • \n

  • Good understanding of the client data integration patterns
  • \n

  • Good understanding of business data models for internal and external stakeholders
  • \n

  • Expertise in data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation techniques
  • \n

  • Can identify impacts of data (or bad data)
  • \n

  • Exposure to a range of visualization and reporting techniques to drive data integrity standards.
  • \n
