Delivery Manager (Media domain)
Media Industry experience is a must.
Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale software and platform programmes, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes.
- Provide architectural and technical oversight across engineering teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Drive DevOps adoption, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and release governance across multiple teams.
- Own delivery assurance, including RAID management, technical debt control, vendor performance, and commercial oversight.
- Manage senior stakeholders and executives, translating complex technical topics into clear business outcomes.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in technical delivery leadership roles within software-intensive, complex engineering environments.
- Strong background in architecture and service delivery frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) with Agile, product-centric delivery experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment strategies.
- Experience delivering large programmes in OTT, Media, Streaming, or similar platform-based industries.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills in high-pressure, vendor-driven environments.
