Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)
Duration: 6Months+ Contract

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Endur Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Endur-based trading solutions for a major commodities and energy trading business. The role requires deep Endur expertise combined with strong architecture and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Define Endur solution architecture aligned with business and technology strategy.
- Lead architecture decisions across trading, risk, operations, and finance domains.
- Design scalable and resilient Endur solutions and integrations.
- Provide technical leadership to development and delivery teams.
- Review existing architecture and recommend improvements.
- Drive Endur implementation, upgrade, and optimisation initiatives.
- Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and governance standards.
Required Experience
- Extensive Endur/Openlink experience, including architecture leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of ETRM platforms and commodity trading processes.
- Experience designing complex Endur solutions and integrations.
- Deep knowledge of front-to-back trade lifecycle processes.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven delivery experience within commodities or energy trading organisations.
Desirable
- Experience with cloud-based architecture and modern integration patterns.
- Exposure to power, gas, LNG, oil, metals, or multi-commodity trading.
- Previous experience leading large-scale Endur transformation programmes.
