Job Summary
\n
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, IAM, and digital transformation programs within large enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing cross-functional global teams, driving large-scale technology implementations, overseeing governance and financial management, and leading strategic initiatives across banking and regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities
\n
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, IAM, and technology transformation programs.
\n
• Manage project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, governance, and stakeholder communications.
\n
• Coordinate global teams of up to 30+ resources across multiple locations and functions.
\n
• Drive delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
\n
• Lead system implementations, platform upgrades, cloud migrations, application transformations, and data migration initiatives.
\n
• Work closely with business, technology, risk, compliance, and operational stakeholders.
\n
• Establish governance frameworks, KPI reporting, controls monitoring, and executive-level status reporting.
\n
• Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, TOM design, and solution validation activities.
\n
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party suppliers.
\n
• Support change management, training, adoption, and organizational transformation initiatives.
\n
