Jira admin
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Jira Cloud/Data Center environments.
- Configure and manage projects, workflows, issue types, screens, schemes, and dashboards.
- Manage user access, roles, groups, and permission schemes.
- Design and implement Jira automation rules and notifications.
- Support Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Integrate Jira with third-party tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Slack, CI/CD tools, and Confluence.
- Create custom fields, reports, filters, and dashboards based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot Jira-related issues and provide user support/training.
- Perform system upgrades, plugin management, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to optimize workflows and processes.
- Ensure platform security, governance, and best practices are followed.
