Mainframe Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Infrastructure Specialist with deep expertise in IBM i and IBM z systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in infrastructure management, storage systems, and hardware, along with hands-on proficiency in CICS, DB2, and IBM mainframe technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IBM i & IBM z infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Administer and support mainframe storage systems and hardware components.
• Provide technical expertise in CICS and DB2 environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system health and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
• Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with IBM i and IBM z platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of mainframe infrastructure, storage systems, and hardware.
• Hands-on experience with CICS and DB2.
• Familiarity with system performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
