Product Manager
Role Overview
As a Product Manager for the client , you will lead the complete product lifecycle—from initial concept and delivery to ongoing performance and eventual retirement. You will combine technical expertise with strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams, align solutions with business goals, and drive product growth.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring a clear value proposition, product strategy, and roadmap.
- Delivery & Quality: Set realistic milestones, ensure solutions meet customer needs, and maintain robust governance, risk management, and testing standards.
- Team Leadership: Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development while championing Agile practices and empowering high-performing teams.
- Financial & Resource Planning: Deliver against financial metrics and plan resourcing needs across all stages of product development.
- Stakeholder & Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business challenges and present actionable recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Technical Bridge: Act as a connector between engineering and business stakeholders to ensure technical designs meet business requirements.
- Performance Tracking: Report on agreed product OKRs, status updates, and financial metrics.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong internal technology partnerships and collaborate effectively with external third parties.
- Mentorship: Coach peers and junior colleagues to advance product management skills across the client .
- Standards Compliance: Adhere to and promote the client 's values, accessibility standards, ethical design principles, and information security processes.
