Product Owner Power Systems

Primary Responsibilities

Own and manage the product backlog , ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business value

Collaborate with stakeholders (business, engineering, operations) to define product vision and roadmap

Translate business requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria

Drive Agile ceremonies sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives

Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of features

Ensure solutions align with power system workflows (generation, transmission, distribution)

Analyze energy management systems to enhance product capabilities

Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria and business expectations

Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across multiple teams
