Program Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver the TRCB (Transformation, Risk, Compliance & Business) program initiatives. The role involves

managing complex, cross-functional programs aligned with strategic objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and business transformation across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of TRCB programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics
  • Manage interdependencies across multiple projects and workstreams

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk, and compliance teams
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership and governance forums
  • Act as a key liaison between global and regional teams

Risk & Compliance Oversight

  • Ensure all program activities adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues
  • Work closely with Risk and Compliance teams to maintain governance frameworks

Delivery & Execution

  • Drive program execution using Agile/Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
  • Monitor program performance (KPIs, milestones, budgets)
  • Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards

Financial & Resource Management

  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
  • Optimize utilization of resources across projects

Change & Transformation

  • Lead business transformation initiatives including process improvements and digital adoption
  • Ensure effective change management and communication strategies
  • Support cultural and operational shifts within the organization

Skills

  • Strong program and project management expertise (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Financial management and budgeting experience
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
