Senior Development Manager – Data Infrastructure | London - Remote

A rapidly growing European developer is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead multiple high-value data infrastructure projects across the UK. You'll manage projects from site acquisition to delivery, working with landowners, planning authorities, network operators, and internal teams.

What You'll Do:

• Lead full project lifecycle from site selection to delivery
• Drive land acquisition and secure long-term site control
• Manage planning, permitting, and grid connections
• Mentor junior team members and ensure project governance

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in data centre, renewable energy, or infrastructure development
• Strong project management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of UK planning and grid frameworks
• Hybrid working with UK travel
