Senior Technical Manager
1. Strong Architecture & Service Delivery Background
- Certified in TOGAF (architecture framework) and ITIL (IT service management).
- Ability to align technology architecture with service delivery and operations.
2. Product-Centric & Agile Delivery
- Experience delivering technology using Agile/product-led methodologies.
- Ability to manage product roadmaps, engineering delivery, and iterative releases.
3. Strong Technical Background
- Previous software development experience is preferred.
- Ability to understand and manage complex engineering and software-heavy projects.
4. DevOps & Modern Engineering Practices
- Experience with DevOps environments, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Understanding of engineering efficiency and continuous delivery.
5. Industry Experience
- Background in OTT / Media / Streaming platforms is highly desirable.
6. Delivery & Governance
- Proven experience leading complex engineering programmes with tight deadlines.
- Experience with technical assurance, project governance, and commercial management.
7. Delivery Risk & Technical Debt Management
- Managing RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Managing technical debt and engineering backlog effectively.
8. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Ability to work with vendors, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical teams.
