Senior Technical Manager

1. Strong Architecture & Service Delivery Background

• Certified in TOGAF (architecture framework) and ITIL (IT service management).
• Ability to align technology architecture with service delivery and operations.

2. Product-Centric & Agile Delivery

• Experience delivering technology using Agile/product-led methodologies.
• Ability to manage product roadmaps, engineering delivery, and iterative releases.

3. Strong Technical Background

• Previous software development experience is preferred.
• Ability to understand and manage complex engineering and software-heavy projects.

4. DevOps & Modern Engineering Practices

• Experience with DevOps environments, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Understanding of engineering efficiency and continuous delivery.

5. Industry Experience

• Background in OTT / Media / Streaming platforms is highly desirable.

6. Delivery & Governance

• Proven experience leading complex engineering programmes with tight deadlines.
• Experience with technical assurance, project governance, and commercial management.

7. Delivery Risk & Technical Debt Management

• Managing RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Managing technical debt and engineering backlog effectively.

8. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Ability to work with vendors, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical teams.
