Junior C#/.NET/AWS engineer

Must have years of experience with C#/.NET/React/AWS/Terraform

4-8 years of experience

Location: London, UK (3 days a week)

Key Responsibilities

Software Engineering

• Design, develop and maintain modern software applications using C#/.NET and React.
• Build and support REST APIs, Back End services and system integrations.
• Develop and maintain relational data solutions using SQL, including PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
• Work across the full software development life cycle, from requirements and technical design through to deployment and production support.
• Take ownership of defined features, integrations or technical workstreams with limited supervision.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration and infrastructure issues.
• Contribute to technical design, code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability, performance and reliability.
• Work across multiple projects and applications, adapting to different architectures, technologies and delivery requirements.

Cloud Engineering & DevOps

• Develop and support cloud-native solutions using AWS.
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Work with relevant AWS services across compute, storage, networking, monitoring, identity and security.
• Support application deployment, configuration and operational readiness.
• Apply appropriate cloud, security and operational best practices.
• Investigate and resolve issues across both application and infrastructure layers.
• Contribute to monitoring, observability and production support activities.
