- 10-12 years of experience with Oracle Fusion
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance module implementations
- Design and Blueprint experience
- COA design
- Taxation and IFRS regulations
- HDL and Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL)
- Basic SQL knowledge
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Strong expertise in:
- Oracle Fusion architecture
- Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Core HR modules
- Fast Formula development (Payroll & Absence critical)
- Deep experience with:
- Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, OIC)
- HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI
- HDL/HSDL data migration
- Strong understanding of:
- Payroll processing life cycle
- Absence accruals and leave policies
- Benefits configuration and eligibility
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: (As applicable)
- Airline domain, Oracle Fusion
- Experience with UK Payroll and statutory compliance
- Exposure to airline or shift-based workforce environments
- Knowledge of:
- Workforce scheduling/rostering integrations
- Finance and GL integrations
- Oracle Fusion HCM certifications
