Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex insurance programs. The role involves client management, cross-functional leadership, risk and financial governance, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of P&C insurance projects.
  • Own scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality governance.
  • Act as primary client contact; manage expectations and communications.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (PMs, BAs, Dev, QA).
  • Monitor financials, profitability, and delivery KPIs.
  • Drive risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and compliance.
  • Support RFI/RFP responses, maturity assessments, and test strategies.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree; PMP/CSM/Insurance certifications preferred.
  • 15+ years in project/delivery management
  • Strong P&C Insurance experience .
  • Strong domain knowledge (policy admin, products, regulations).
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex programs.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Good to Have

  • INS21/24, PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma certifications.
