The Role

This isn’t a traditional “grad role” where you sit in the background.

As a Sales Graduate at Vamoos, you’ll be trusted to own the full sales journey , from starting conversations with new prospects through to closing deals. You’ll work directly with the senior team, learn how high-performing SaaS sales works, and have the freedom to experiment with new ideas, outreach strategies and campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Create creative outbound campaigns that cut through the noise
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed deal
  • Track activity and manage your pipeline using HubSpot
  • Represent Vamoos at travel industry events and conferences
  • Host and run sales-focused webinars for potential customers
  • Build genuine relationships with travel businesses across the industry
  • Test new ideas for outreach and lead generation
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends
  • Share insights and help improve how we sell as the business grows

You’ll also get involved in ad-hoc projects across marketing, product and growth, giving you exposure to how a fast-moving startup operates.

About You:

You might be a graduate, or someone with early experience in sales, customer success, recruitment, hospitality or another people-facing role.

You’ll likely be someone who:

  • Has a degree or around 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Uses initiative to push through creative ideas
  • Is a confident communicator, both on the phone and in writing
  • Enjoys speaking to new people and building relationships
  • Learns quickly and can explain ideas clearly in simple terms
  • Is naturally proactive and full of ideas
  • Has a passion in technology or SaaS

Most importantly, you’re someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership and grow with the company.
