Teamcenter Administrator
Overview:
Industry leader in the freight and transportation space is looking for a Siemens Teamcenter Admin to support their teams across Tennessee, Minnesota, and the UK.
To note: this roles can be based in Jackson, Tennessee, Hibbing, Minnesota, or Northampton, UK, will need to be have working authorization in the US or UK, and will need to have a valid passport.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the reliability, quality, and efficiency of our Teamcenter PLM environment.
- Support the engineering teams during a major PLM transformation—including data standardization, CAD integration improvements, and multi-site migration from legacy systems (Windchill, Smarteam) to Teamcenter.
- Help secure data integrity, improve engineering workflows, and enable consistent global practices across our organization.
- Open and validate CAD models in NX, SolidWorks, and Creo to identify missing references or corrupt datasets.
- Clean, correct, and standardize legacy data as part of ongoing multi-site migration activities.
- Support workflows: unblock processes, update statuses, fix lifecycle inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with global PLM architects, CAD admins, and data migration teams.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3-5+ years of hands-on Siemens Teamcenter administration/support experience
- Experience with BMIDE, Active Workspace (AWC), workflows, queries, datasets, and lifecycle management
- Experience supporting engineering users in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to support non-technical users

- CAD integrations and Multi-CAD environments
- NX, Creo, and SolidWorks
- Query Builder
- Access Manager
- Change Management
- EBOM and MBOM/CadBOM knowledge
- Data migration and data cleansing experience
- Windchill experience is a plus
- Oracle and Power BI exposure is a plus
