VANRATH is proud to be working with a leading global technology organisation to recruit a Director of Product - ServiceNow for their enterprise-scale ServiceNow platform.

You'll define and drive the platform roadmap, embedding Agentic AI and next-gen automation into core ServiceNow modules. This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, product strategy, and service orchestration - shaping the future of intelligent digital operations.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the ServiceNow enterprise platform strategy.
  
• Integrate AI-driven automation and autonomous agents into workflows.
  
• Partner with AI/ML and engineering teams to deliver intelligent, scalable services.
  
• Champion AI governance, platform compliance, and data quality.
  

What You'll Bring

• Proven Head of or Lead Product Owner experience in ServiceNow (MSP or SaaS environment).
  
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM and ServiceNow enterprise modules.
  
• Background in AI-powered automation, productisation, or intelligent workflows.
  
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
