What You'll Do
* Lead the design process end-to-end-from conceptualization to facilitating meetings and workshops-engaging with subject matter experts and sourcing valuable customer insights
* Design and enhance our Public Website by applying a strong blend of Content Design and Product Design skills to create engaging and user-friendly experiences
* Manage and contribute to initiatives within a specific value stream, ensuring seamless progress across the customer's end-to-end lifecycle
* Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team including Product Managers, Content Designers, Data Analysts, UX Researchers, and Scrum Teams to deliver integrated solutions
* Understand customer needs and desires, and collaborate with fellow designers to solve problems and create intuitive, effective user experiences
What You Bring
* Proven experience as a UX Product Designer within Asset Management or Financial Services
* Proficient in Figma for designing and prototyping user experiences
* Strong content design skills (microcopy, conversational, product marketing, and instructional)
* Experienced in conducting user research and usability testing
* Able to independently drive design production and lead the sign-off process
