Vaniz Group is looking for an experienced Online Bidder / BDE who can bring IT projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Bid on freelancing portals and write winning proposals
• Communicate with international clients (EU/US)
• Understand requirements and convert leads into projects
• Coordinate with technical teams for smooth delivery

Requirements

• Experience in Upwork & online bidding
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Cloud)
