Job Description
- Senior production support SME requirement with strong experience in:
- FGPP production support and issue troubleshooting
- Trace analysis, DB analysis, and payment flow investigation
- FGPP configuration (profiles, rules, pre/post rules, object rules, cache refresh, etc.)
- Banking/payment domain knowledge
- Customer-facing and escalation management experience
