Red Hat OpenShift & DevOps Engineer
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Red Hat OpenShift & DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), OpenShift, Kubernetes and DevOps tooling.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Linux and OpenShift environments, supporting Kubernetes platforms, developing CI/CD pipelines and maintaining DevOps tooling within an enterprise cloud environment.
Strong scripting, networking and AWS experience are also required.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
- Administer and support Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
- Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes environments.
- Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Administer and support DevOps tooling.
- Develop automation scripts using Bash/Shell.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and platform issues.
- Support networking components including DNS, load balancers, storage and firewalls.
- Support application and platform deployments through CI/CD automation.
- Work with AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure and DevOps teams to resolve technical issues.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong RHEL administration experience.
- Hands-on Red Hat OpenShift experience.
- Strong Kubernetes experience.
- GitLab CI/CD pipeline development.
- DevOps tooling administration.
- Bash/Shell scripting.
