Business Systems Analyst

An expanding manufacturer of advanced precision components and services to the aerospace, defence, and energy sectors has a new vacancy for a Business Systems Analyst. The successful candidate will leverage data-driven insights, research and analyse business processes & data and data to improve processes and maximise efficiency.

The Role

Development & improvement of systems and tools to support manufacturing operations.

Research and analyse of business processes and data.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and digital innovation.

Support business system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements that improve data flow, performance, and user experience.

Monitor and report KPIs and performance metrics to measure system efficiency and improvement outcomes.

Stay current with emerging AI, BI, and digital transformation technologies to proactively recommend innovative solutions.

The Person

Experience in business systems analysis, data analytics, data warehousing and continuous improvement.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Experience work with data tools such as Excel, SQL Management Studio, Power BI, Power automate, Power Query and SharePoint.

Familiarity with ERP and enterprise data systems

Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
