Principal Electronic Design Engineer

The Role
As a Principal Electronics & Software Engineer, you'll take ownership of technically challenging product development programmes, providing leadership throughout the development lifecycle whilst remaining actively involved in electronic and embedded software design.
You'll work closely with clients, engineers and senior stakeholders to deliver innovative products, build long-term relationships and identify future opportunities for collaboration.

What We're Looking For
- Degree qualified in Electronic Engineering, Physics or a related discipline
- Strong background in analogue and digital electronics design
- Embedded software development experience using C/C++
- Proven track record delivering products from concept through to manufacture
- Experience leading engineers, projects or multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted client relationships
