Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to deliver a number of clinical technology projects across its growing healthcare business.

You will turn initiatives such as AI-assisted X-ray analysis into practical services used consistently by clinicians and practice teams.

This role is focused on controlled delivery, clinical adoption and measurable improvements in patient care and operational performance.

Responsibilitie

• sLead multiple digital dentistry and clinical technology projects from initial assessment and business case through pilot, rollout and benefits measurement
• .Own project plans, budgets, dependencies, risks, decisions and reporting across the portfolio
• .Define clear measures covering clinical value, patient outcomes, user adoption, efficiency and financial performance
• .Coordinate clinical leaders, practice operations, technology, data, finance, procurement and external suppliers
• .Design and manage pilots that test clinical workflows, technical integration and operational readiness before wider deployment
• .Drive adoption through clear communication, practical training, local engagement and structured feedback
• .Translate clinical and operational requirements into deliverable plans for technology teams and suppliers
• .Establish proportionate governance covering clinical assurance, data protection, information security, supplier performance and change control
• .Analyse project and performance data, presenting clear recommendations and decisions to senior stakeholders
