Job Profile

Our client are experiencing an extended period of growth from a business wide perspective which is now leading to a need for a growth in the business critical application team. Due to this growth, the increased need on project delivery means they are now looking for an experienced support person to take the load off the team and help with this area of the application. This role will be perfect for someone with a strong background in the support of SAP Business One applications, from 1st line all the way through to escalation. You will be the lynchpin in the day to day operations of this business critical application that will lead to further progression, personally, throughout your time within the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the initial point of response for all things BAU within SAP Business One.
  • Responsible for problem solving through a range of day to day issue of the system.
  • Triage any escalation issues to the relevant 3rd party partners for SAP Business One.
  • Be the face of support for the system throughout the organisation and build trusted relationships as such.

Skills

Essential

  • Experience of supporting SAP Business One is a must
  • Supporting a range of business areas - Finance, Operations and Customer Service are the key ones for the role
  • Problem solving mindset - able to triage initial issues without support
  • Office based - must be able to go into the office at least 4 days a week
