Senior Sales Director

Vektora Global are partnered with a hyper growth Series B funded application security vendor, backed by some of the leading VCs in the sector.

Following their recent success, we are looking for a Senior Director of Sales to join and take ownership of the EMEA sales team.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will join the team in EMEA and have 5 direct reports (account executives) initially and a dot line into another additional 5 across Sales Engineering & Customer success.

  • Mentor a team of account executives
  • Own the EMEA number
  • Develop sales strategies
  • Forescout performance
  • Cross collaboration with teams in marketing, product and post sales

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have a background in Application Security.

  • At least 7 years experience in cyber security sales management
  • Still hands on closing deals
  • Ability to travel across EMEA
  • Startup experience in an early stage cyber vendor

Package:

OTE on Offer is depending on experience but up to £300,000 - £350,000 (50/50)
