Senior Sales Director
Vektora Global are partnered with a hyper growth Series B funded application security vendor, backed by some of the leading VCs in the sector.
Following their recent success, we are looking for a Senior Director of Sales to join and take ownership of the EMEA sales team.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will join the team in EMEA and have 5 direct reports (account executives) initially and a dot line into another additional 5 across Sales Engineering & Customer success.
- Mentor a team of account executives
- Own the EMEA number
- Develop sales strategies
- Forescout performance
- Cross collaboration with teams in marketing, product and post sales
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have a background in Application Security.
- At least 7 years experience in cyber security sales management
- Still hands on closing deals
- Ability to travel across EMEA
- Startup experience in an early stage cyber vendor
Package:
OTE on Offer is depending on experience but up to £300,000 - £350,000 (50/50)
