The Role

This is a pure Business Development (Hunter) role focused on driving new logo acquisition across EMEA and APAC.

You will own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to close - targeting customers in Industrial IoT, Telematics, OEM.

This is a hands-on individual contributor position. You will build your pipeline from scratch and drive revenue independently in a fast-growing, high-ownership environment.

We are looking for someone who has successfully sold SIM/IoT connectivity in a start-up or scale-up environment and thrives with autonomy, clear revenue targets, and high accountability.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience within IoT SIM/data connectivity, MVNO/MNO ecosystem.
  • Experience selling recurring IoT SIM/data contracts as a primary product (not only as part of bundled infrastructure or SaaS solutions).
  • Experience negotiating and structuring IoT connectivity pricing, data bundles, or roaming agreements.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and full-cycle account ownership.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Hunter mentality with strong commercial drive
  • Self-starter who operates independently
  • Comfortable building structure where little exists

Location

  • Remote across EU
  • Legal right to work within the EMEA region

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting across EMEA (LinkedIn, email, calls, events).
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within IoT and telematics markets.
  • Build and manage a robust outbound pipeline focused on new revenue generation.
  • Lead discovery, solution positioning, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Develop targeted go-to-market strategies for new verticals and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to refine positioning.
  • Deliver tailored proposals, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline.
  • Stay informed on IoT connectivity technologies and market trends.
