We’re on the hunt for an Account Manager to join a growing business in the SaaS space that’s investing heavily in its client function.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves building commercial relationships, owning renewals, and working in a fast‐paced environment where no two client conversations are the same.

You’ll step into a newly evolving client team and take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, helping clients get maximum value from the partnership while retaining and growing revenue.

⚡️ What you'll be doing as the Account Manager:

  • Owning a portfolio of around 50 client accounts
  • Building proactive, long‐term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Managing contract renewals and commercial negotiations
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing revenue
  • Navigating multiple stakeholders within each account
  • Working closely with internal support teams to deliver a strong client experience
  • Using product usage, account activity and commercial insight to guide conversations

🔥To be Successful as the Account Manager, all you need to have is:

  • Previous experience as a Account Manager, within SaaS, ideally within RecTech or Media Tech
  • Strong relationship‐building and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially aware and confident negotiating contract with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and priorities
