Account Executive – AI - HR Tech (Mid-Market)
We are partnering with one of the most respected names in HRTech and talent assessment – backed by private equity and fresh off launching a cutting‐edge AI-powered SaaS platform that’s transforming how organisations hire, develop and retain top talent.

This is a high-impact mid-market Account Executive role selling a proven assessment and talent analytics platform used by leading organisations to make smarter, fairer and more data-driven people decisions. You’ll be joining at a pivotal time, as the business scales independently under PE ownership and doubles down on its new AI-led platform for role profiling, selection and development.

- Join a tight-knit, growing commercial team where you’ll genuinely shape go-to-market, positioning and how they win in the mid-market.
- Mix of new logo acquisition and strategic growth of existing accounts, with realistic targets and a transparent commission plan.
The opportunity
You’ll own a defined mid-market patch, focusing on both winning new customers and expanding a rich existing client base. Typical stakeholders include HR Directors, Heads of Talent, Talent Acquisition leaders and business line leaders who are serious about improving quality of hire and internal development.
- Drive full-cycle new business from outbound prospecting and qualification through to demo, proposal, negotiation and close.
- Grow revenue in existing accounts via upsell, cross-sell and renewals, building multi-threaded relationships and expanding usage across business units.
- Position a differentiated assessment suite, backed by robust science and recognised for having some of the highest predictive validity in the market.
- Partner closely with marketing, product and customer success to shape campaigns, refine messaging and ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success for your accounts.
- Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM (e.g. Salesforce/HubSpot), with a clear handle on deal stages, risks and next steps.
What they’re looking for
- 4+ years in a mid-market AE role in B2B SaaS
- Consistent track record against new business and/or expansion targets, with examples of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong prospecting and outbound skills – comfortable building pipeline, not just working inbound
- Experience running structured, consultative sales processes (e.g. MEDDIC or similar), with confidence around discovery, building business cases and ROI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to translate quite technical or scientific concepts into clear commercial outcomes for HR and business leaders.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-evolving, growth environment where things are still being iterated.
The package
- £60,000–£70,000 base salary - Realistic OTE c.£100,000 with uncapped commission.
- Hybrid working – SW London office, 3 days per week in the office.
