Account Executive Recruitment Consultant – 360 | Venatrix GTM
Location: London or Manchester (Hybrid)
Experience: 2+ years recruitment experience
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 base depending on direct experience, double OTE
The Role
This is a full 360 desk within our GTM division, our specialist practice for senior go-to-market hiring across B2B SaaS and technology.
The AE and Enterprise AE market is where the biggest fees are. Average fees of £18–20k+ per placement with record placements already breaking £38k USD, and the ambition to go further.
The mission is clear: become the go-to recruiter for AE and Enterprise AE hiring in B2B tech. You’ll own your patch, build retained partnerships, and be known in your market, not just active in it.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running a full 360 desk; business development, retained client management, and candidate delivery
- Owning the AE and Enterprise AE market within B2B SaaS and technology
- Building deep, long-term retained partnerships, not transactional relationships
- Sourcing and placing senior sales talent: AEs, Senior AEs, and Enterprise AEs
- Developing your personal brand on LinkedIn; content, events, and market authority
- Collaborating across the SDR and Technology divisions to grow accounts and cross-refer
- Hosting and attending events to build pipeline and market presence
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience, you can open doors, not just fill roles
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or senior sales recruitment is a strong advantage
- Proven billing track record, we want to see what you’ve built
- Comfortable working retained, or ready to make the switch and never look back
- A genuine understanding of the B2B SaaS sales landscape, you know what a good AE looks like
- Ambitious, commercially sharp, and able to think in accounts not just vacancies
- A brand builder, you want to be the AE recruiter in your market
What You’ll Earn
- Senior sales recruitment means senior fees. Recent highlights from the team:
- Average fees of £18–20k+ per placement
- Record fees of £22–38k+ USD per placement, and rising
- Personal best months of £90k+ billing
- Commission is uncapped. The model is retained. The ceiling is yours to set.
