SDR Recruitment Consultant – 360 | Venatrix SDR

Location: London (Hybrid) Experience: 2+ years recruitment experience

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 base depending on direct experience, double OTE

The Role

This is a full 360 desk within our SDR division, the original and market-leading practice for early-career go-to-market talent in B2B SaaS and technology.

You’ll own your patch end-to-end: developing client relationships, running retained processes, and placing high-quality SDR candidates with some of the most exciting tech companies in the UK.

You won’t be starting from zero. You’ll inherit a warm market, an established brand, and a team that knows how to win.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running a full 360 desk, business development, client management, and candidate delivery
  • Building and owning retained partnerships with B2B tech companies hiring SDRs
  • Sourcing, screening, and placing early-career go-to-market talent
  • Developing your personal brand on LinkedIn, events, content, and market presence
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the GTM and Technology divisions to cross-refer and grow accounts
  • Contributing to a high-performance, high-accountability team culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years or more of 360 recruitment experience, you know how to win business, not just fill roles
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or go-to-market recruitment is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record of billing, we want to see numbers
  • Comfortable working retained, or hungry to make the switch
  • A brand builder mentality: you want to be known in your market, not just place people in it
  • Proactive, commercially minded, and able to plan your week with purpose

What You’ll Earn

  • Our consultants don’t just bill, they build. Recent highlights from the team:
  • Personal best months of £90K+ billing
  • Record fees of £22–38k+ per placement
  • A clear path to senior consultant and beyond including Director & profit share opportunities

Commission is uncapped. The model rewards ownership.
