Salary: £35,000-£45,000 Basic + £15,000 OTE (Uncapped)

Opportunity:
We’re hiring SDRs to join the growing commercial team. You’ll receive structured training and mentorship while working in a role that’s equal parts creative, consultative, and commercial. This isn’t a volume “smile and dial” role, success comes from building smart outbound strategies, developing relationships, and having a voice in shaping how the business scales.
Your Role:
- Prospect mid-market and enterprise clients with a creative, strategic approach
- Build pipeline and book high-quality meetings (target: 5 per week once ramped)
- Collaborate with AEs - shadowing calls, supporting contracts, and learning to close
- Develop your presence on LinkedIn and contribute to outbound campaigns
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where adaptability is key

- Strong communication skills with natural charisma and presence

- B2B sales experience a plus, but ambitious juniors also encouraged to apply
