The Opportunity As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for new customers , building pipeline and creating opportunities for the sales team to close. This isn’t just another SDR role – it’s your chance to be part of a high-impact product launch while developing your career in SaaS sales.

You will:

  • Prospect and research new business opportunities across multiple markets.
  • Run multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls.
  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and Product Specialists.
  • Use CRM and engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach) to manage pipeline.
  • Share feedback with sales & marketing to sharpen go-to-market strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years in B2B sales, SDR, or lead generation (SaaS / HRTech a plus).
  • Passion for tech, SaaS, and talent assessment solutions .
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Competitive, self-starter mindset – loves hitting and beating targets.
  • Experience with CRMs and outreach tools.
  • Curiosity about AI and HRTech – and how it’s shaping the future of work.
