Salary: £35,000 base + £15,000 OTE (Year 1)

Looking to join one of Scandinavia's fastest-growing tech start-ups at a pivotal stage of growth? Following a significant funding round led by investors involved with Snapchat and Slack, this business is scaling rapidly and expanding its London sales team.

We're hiring 2 London based Sales Development Representatives to play a key role in driving pipeline and revenue growth.

The Mission

This company is on a mission to transform how brands connect with their customers. By breaking down technology silos and eliminating poor customer service, their platform unifies customer engagement across every touchpoint, delivering a seamless experience for both customers and support teams.

They work with some outstanding consumer brands, including Loaf, Rapha, Oliver Bonas, Freddie's Flowers and Mindful Chef.

The Role

This is a senior outbound-focused position where performance and consistency are rewarded. You will be responsible for generating high-quality meetings and building a strong pipeline for the Account Executive team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Consistently hitting or exceeding meetings-held targets
  • Building and managing a robust outbound pipeline
  • Clearly articulating value propositions to senior stakeholders
  • Confidently handling objections, including competitive scenarios
  • Developing long-term relationships that lead to referrals and account expansion
