We’re eager to bring in a Lead Engineer with knowledge around system design and architecture to lead the charge in our new growth phase. As our Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our tech strategy, driving the design and delivery of scalable, innovative solutions that power our dropshipping platform. We’re looking for someone with deep expertise in microservice architectures, ideally using Python, TypeScript, React, AWS and K8s with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to success. You’ll guide the development of robust systems, make strategic tech choices, and ensure our tech stack stays ahead of the game in a competitive market. Your ability to balance hands-on coding with big-picture thinking will be key to keeping our platform seamless and future-proof.

We need a leader who thrives on collaboration, mentoring engineers, and fostering a culture of innovation. You’ll work closely with product teams to translate bold ideas into reality, all while maintaining high standards for code quality and performance. Experience with modern tech stacks and cloud platforms is a must, but we’re most excited about your ability to inspire and drive results.

This permanent role is based in the UK, with one day a week in our vibrant West London office to connect with the team, and the rest remote to give you flexibility.
