We are a dynamic fintech company specializing in global payments and treasury management solutions. For businesses facing the challenges of complex cross-border transactions, we deliver fast, reliable, and secure banking and treasury services tailored to specific needs. Whether through corporate accounts, foreign exchange and payment processing, or integrated software solutions, our experts craft customized strategies to drive client success. At the heart of our operations is a team of ambitious professionals who approach challenges with entrepreneurial mindset, continuous learning, and unwavering commitment to client outcomes.
We seek a creative and user-centric Product Designer to join our team and shape the future of our digital products and experiences. As the primary product designer, you will have the unique opportunity to establish and lead the design function across the organization. You will collaborate closely with client-facing teams, product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to craft intuitive, elegant, and impactful user experiences.
Most responsibilities will involve individual contributions, though you will also define processes and governance for product design practices within the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs and experiences. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile applications. You will conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and inform the product roadmap. You will create, maintain, and evolve design systems and component libraries.
Candidates must present a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across various platforms, including discussions of specific examples of delivered work. Proficiency is required in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (we primarily use Figma but remain flexible).
A solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design is essential. Experience working in agile product teams is necessary. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required. Comfort with feedback and iterative design processes is expected. A strong bias toward action based on data-driven decision-making is vital.
Preferred backgrounds include 5+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design, with experience in B2B or SaaS fintech environments considered a plus. Candidates should have created and maintained design systems.
