Senior Business Development Manager – Payments / Fintech Events

£40,000–£45,000 + Uncapped Commission

London / Hybrid

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive sponsorship and commercial partnerships across major payments and fintech events.

What you'll do:

• Secure event sponsorships and exhibition deals with top industry players
• Build strong relationships across banks, fintechs, PSPs and payment providers
• Develop new business and cross-sell opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams on event and media sales strategies
• Attend flagship industry events and represent the brand

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years' experience in event sponsorship or B2B sales (finance, fintech, or tech)
• Proven track record in hitting revenue targets
• Strong relationship management and consultative sales approach
• Confident communicator, negotiator, and closer
