The Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team and play a critical role in the long-term success of our growing customer base. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to deliver customer solutions and insights. This is a high-impact role where you’ll directly influence client success, product adoption, and long-term retention.

You will be managed day to day by our Enterprise Account Manager and work in tandem on existing clients together but also have clients you work with and grow on an individual basis.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the relationships with our customers from onboarding through renewal, serving as their primary point of contact.

  • Deliver tailored mobile commerce strategies to help brands improve app performance, retention, and conversion rates.

  • Conduct regular strategic reviews and app audits to identify growth opportunities and ensure platform adoption.

  • Translate client goals into actionable product recommendations, guiding them through best practices on mobile UX, push notifications, and lifecycle marketing.

  • Collaborate with our Solutions Engineering team to support advanced customisations and technical implementation.

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to influence our product roadmap.

  • Monitor key customer success metrics such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), feature adoption, and churn risk.

  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities that align with the customer’s long-term growth objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in Account Management, or E-commerce Strategy in a SaaS or mobile commerce company.

  • Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and experience working directly with Shopify merchants.

  • Experience in advising DTC brands on retention, growth, and mobile engagement strategies.

  • Confidence in leading client-facing strategy sessions and presenting performance insights.

  • Data literate. Able to look at and manipulate data to provide actionable insights. Excel/Sheets experience is vital. 

  • Can demonstrate previous experience of working with tech products/systems and understanding how they work end to end.

  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., HubSpot)

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to understand both commercial and technical aspects of the platform.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with a Shopify app or technology partner.

  • Exposure to mobile UX/UI best practices.

  • Experience in running renewals and upsell processes in a SaaS company.

  • Passion for e-commerce and mobile-first customer experiences.
