The Role
As a Junior Implementation Specialist, You'll be the bridge between clients and our powerful app creation tools, ensuring continuity between websites and mobile apps - a core differentiator of Venn Apps. You’ll play a crucial role in setting up and maintaining our clients' mobile apps. Collaborate cross-functionally across Project Management, Customer Success, and Engineering - no two days will be the same.

- Problem-solving attitude with troubleshooting ability
- Natural curiosity and investigative mindset - you don't just solve problems, you dig deep to understand root causes and prevent future issues
- Quality focus with sharp attention to detail
- Organisational skills to handle multiple priorities
- 1-2 years of project or work experience in collaborative or cross-functional teams
- Comfortable navigating technical environments - you enjoy diving into new tools and technologies
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn the Venn Apps platform in-depth to provide excellent technical support
- Provide support to customers during critical launch, campaign release times, and new drops
- Collaborate with project teams to implement asset updates and changes
- Prepare new client applications for launch
- Write requirements for mobile Engineering Team to action
- Perform QA testing and troubleshoot issues
- Utilise JSON and text editing tools to update projects

4.Final Interview with Founders and/Or Hiring team
